“Prosource’s purpose is to ‘Make an impact every day for our customers, our communities, and our team,” and our plan is to build the Midwest office technology leader by delivering the best customer experience in the industry. 2016 was another outstanding year at Prosource, as we continue to live our purpose, execute our strategy, and deliver on our plans. Our first measure of success always starts with the customer. In 2016 our customer loyalty, as measured through the Net Promoter Score, was the highest ever at over 90 percent, and delivering an unmatched customer experience continues to be the foundation of everything we do. Our aggressive growth and expansion plans continued in 2016, with strong growth across all major areas of the business and continued expansion across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Indiana.
“We continue to complement our organic growth strategy with targeted acquisitions and made four acquisitions over the last 24 months. In 2016, we acquired Technology Geeks in Dayton, OH, to strengthen our growing managed IT services platform, and we focused on fully integrating our acquisitions from the previous year. Our managed IT services and document automation software offerings, now combined and branded together under ‘Prosource Technologies,’ continues to experience significant growth and currently represents approximately 30 percent of the total business. In addition to our customer experience and growth results, we remained focus on our communities and our team, with Team Prosource donating over 3,000 hours of community service and delivering over 1,200 hours of training and development in 2016.
“We are very excited for 2017, as we continue to drive our strategy and plans forward. We will stay intently focused on our customers and the experience we deliver for them every day, as this is the foundation of everything we do. We will remain active and involved in our communities, as this is the heart of Prosource and something our team members would do even if it wasn’t part of a plan. And we expect to continue and accelerate our growth and expansion plans, both organically and through acquisition, as we move into the new year.” — Brad Cates, president and CEO
