This award reflects Prosource’s customer-centric culture, our engaged team, and our drive to continually improve and innovate to meet our customers’ needs as a trusted technology partner. > “This year was anything but business as usual. To once again be selected as an Elite Dealer is a testament to our team’s resilience, determination, and commitment to solving our customers’ problems and helping their businesses run better,” said Brad Cates, President & CEO of Prosource. “Despite the uncertainty of 2020, we remained focused on our purpose and prioritized the needs of our customers and our team above all else.” Each year, *ENX Magazine* judges Elite Dealer applicants on several criteria, from technical service excellence to marketing proficiency, growth initiatives, technology leadership, industry accolades and philanthropy.
